During a Sound Bath you will be bathed in sound. You remain fully clothed and typically lay on the floor, (chairs can be proved). The Gong being used is a 38" Paiste Earth Gong.This instrument creates a unique blend of vibration, sound and undertones, capable of creating transformation on all levels -- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This type of sound bath combines various techniques, creating opportunities to release old patterns, create new ones and "shed" energetic debris. Solo baths can be enjoyed while laying on the massage table.
