The Gong being used is a 38" Paiste Earth Gong.This instrument creates a unique blend of vibration, sound and undertones, capable of creating transformation on all levels -- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. This type of sound bath combines various techniques, creating opportunities to release old patterns, create new ones and "shed" energetic debris.
